1.  Take charge of the developing samples and make various other samples as the customer’s requests.

2.  Calculate the consumption of different styles’ materials .Adjust the pattern and test it before the production，then send the technical instruction, cutting die and lasts together to the factory. 

3.  Make CFM samples to Sale’s department,and give purchase department swatches to buy the bulk materials 

4.  Work with the factory’s production department to resolve the technical problems timely, if find any issues in the process of production.
