1.Compare the bulk materials to the CFM samples after it arrived in factory. Make sure it same as the CFM samples.

2.Inspect according to the CFM samples after each procedure like cutting,stitching,lasting finished. Supervise the labors to assure the quality of products in each procedure.

3.Catch up with factory production line, do routine inspection daily and report factory quality stats to sale’s department in case need to feedback to clients.

4.To do the final Inspection and issue the inspection report according to the CFMSamples standard . In case of quality problems, QC has rights to require theworkshop to rework or reject the goods, if the order requires the third party inspection, the QC Department need cooperate with the third party to do the inspection.
